How do I claim my free shipping?

Simply add 20 items into your cart and free shipping will be applied at checkout. Please note bundles only count as 1 item towards the 20. This discount can not be used in combination with the trade program discount.

How do I get my free samples?

Once you have added the required minimum of samples to your cart (8 samples), simply add two more samples to you cart and the two lowest priced samples in your cart will be marked as free both in the cart and at checkout. For tier 2 once you have 14 items in your cart (2 of which are already marked free) simply add 1 more sample to your cart and the next lowest priced sample will be marked free. Please note the samples that are marked free are the lowest priced samples in the cart. 

Can I combine these discounts with the trade program offering?

No, this discount will not be applied when using the trade program discount. The trade program is our best offer and thus cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Are the 3 free in Tier 2 inclusive of the 2 free in Tier 1?

Yes, each tier builds on the previous level. Starting at the first tier once you put 8 samples in your cart the next two will be free, then when you have 12 samples in your cart (not including the two free) you will get an additional sample for free. In total that is 15 samples for the price of 12. For tier 3 once you have 20 total samples in your cart (3 of which are free) you will get free shipping upon checkout.

Can this discount be applied across multiple orders?

No, this discount is only valid for samples purchased within the same order. Multiple orders can not be combined to receive the free samples.
